I am a firm believer that the earlier our young people begin thinking about their values, strengths and subsequent careers the better. Similarly the earlier we equip our young leaders with fundamental leadership skills and knowledge, the more empathetic and authentic they can be.

We offer both career education and leadership development programs for Universities and Schools. All programs are tailored for the unique needs of each cohort.

Workshops

All workshop formats are designed based on client needs

  • Prepare for life's challenges with this workshop designed for secondary level and university students. Covering essential skills in wellbeing, managing social networks, financial management, understanding property & career planning, in order to empower young people to thrive in adulthood with confidence & resilience.

  • Through developing an understanding of ones values & character strengths from a young age, young people will be empowered to make informed, aligned and fulfilling career decisions. Not only will this reduce the need for course changes and unnecessary spending, it will also contribute to developing self awareness, resilience and confidence.

  • This workshop highlights to young people the importance of developing a growth mindset, provides tools to manage doubt and boost their self worth when it comes to the world of work. This comprehensive program covers job applications, handling rejection, managing self doubt and maintaining wellbeing so they thrive in any professional environment.

  • 'My First Resume' is a course designed to support young people with little to no work experience, craft a resume that highlights their skills, strengths, achievements and future potential. This will ensure they leave a lasting impression on employers & help start their career journey.

  • Ideal for university students, this course provides a comprehensive toolkit to prepare for and perform well in job interviews. It also delves into how graduates can make a lasting impact in the first 30 days of starting a new job, highlights the importance of personal presentation and networking for success in their new role.
